The Goldfinches have moved in for the time being, making it look like we have a bunch of bright yellow ornaments hanging on the trees
Little Mary hanging out on her daddy. This doesn't happen too often anymore as she's getting older. She'll be 5 months in a couple of weeks. The time is flying fast.
Its been raining like crazy this past week so we've been spending a lot of time indoors and we've been busy painting with watercolors. It makes me feel like a kid in art class again picking up that paintbrush and coloring whatever comes to mind.
Here is a picture of the new flooring through out the house. Lots of warm browns. One of my favorite colors and so much better than blue carpet and white linoleum.
Mary is soon approaching the time to move out of her little bouncer seat and into her Bumbo seat. She has become quite an escape artist and its getting a little dangerous even with the straps. She gets a little time in right now, but she can't stay in it too long yet. These are the best thing to carry them around the house in once they've out grown their bouncers.
A handful of wild sweet peas the hubs picked for me out in the pasture. I love it when he brings home wildflowers.
This has been my coffee table book for the moment since all sorts of birds are coming back or passing through for the warmer temps. Hazel loves looking at all the different birds and naming all of their colors.
