Its the simple things in life that make it better!

Here is the hubs feeding one of our many bum lambs. He says he feels like he lives in a reality show because I'm taking pics all the time : )

Our bum lambs. They come from all different kinds of backgrounds. Mom's who didn't have enough milk, some are from a set of triplets because its hard for a ewe to support that many lambs and some are from mom's who have died. They are all characters and I really enjoy them!




O'Keeffe's Working Hands Skin Care. We actually received this in a gift bag from our church's Valentine's Day banquet. Adam calls it his Man-Lotion. It doesn't have a scent and it isn't slippery or oily afterwards. Doesn't it always seem like you have to open a door right after you put some lotion on and your hand just slips around on the knob? It also keeps your hand really moisturized, which has been very handy with all the extra hand washing we've been doing from taking care of the sheep and bum lambs. I even like it more than my lotions!


We've finally packed away the last of the bottles!!!!! YAY! Hazel has been bottle free for about three weeks now. We went a little longer then recommended with her bottles, but oh well, she's healthy and happy. It wasn't even a hard transition to make. Just a couple more healthy snacks and milk at meal times and she switched pretty easily. Now to get rid of the pacifier.

Its been around 40* the past couple of days so I snuck in a load of sheets just so I could hang them out on the line. You never realize how refreshing it is to have the smell of sunshine on your sheets until its winter and you can't get it anymore. It was fun to crawl into bed that night and and just smell the sheets. Love it!
